Day 3 - Start making the time to live a healthier life! We use time as an excuse but time should be the reason why! There is no better time than now!

Day 4 - Today I am going to be sharing some answers to frequently asked questions and really give you some solid tips for living your healthiest life yet!

Day 5 - I hope these past 5 days have been fun, exciting and encouraging!Take it day by day and meal by meal. You shouldn’t feel that you need to change overnight nor is that healthy to do. Gradual changes are the changes that will forever stay implemented! You are recreating a new habit and that takes time, desire and patience. Just know that you CAN do this!
